International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering | ICGE-Colombo 2026

We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering – ICGE-Colombo 2026, organized by the Sri Lankan Geotechnical Society (SLGS). The event will be held from 24–25 August 2026 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

This edition of the conference holds special significance as it coincides with the 40^th Anniversary of the Sri Lankan Geotechnical Society, marking four decades of excellence in advancing geotechnical engineering knowledge and practice. A commemorative celebration will be held during the conference to honour this milestone.

With the theme “Resilient Geotechnics for a Sustainable Future,” ICGE-Colombo 2026 will bring together international experts, academics, and professionals to share insights and innovations in key geotechnical domains, as elaborated in the attached bulletin.
